Could anyone have foreseen Estonia becoming a famous gin country?
Could it have been imaginable to win international awards for crafting gin better than they do in good old Mother England? Or could anyone have guaranteed that our beverage architect Hanna would discover this unique combination of Nordic herbs that would further elevate this exceptional gin’s taste?
I think not. But it happened.
Sure, we were hoping for it while chasing the right plants in the forest and spending countless hours processing them in our hi-tech beverage lab. But the truth is - hard work alone does not guarantee success. It's about luck too. Discovering a good gin recipe is as rare as falling in love. You can’t actually plan it, just like you can’t plan for every vacation to turn into an unforgettable adventure. The only thing you can do is live your life with an open mind to new experiences and realities.
